Problem solved
Looks like the faucet issue wasn't a big deal. I'm sure it was nothing a hole saw couldn't fix.

Oops...
I went up to the house tonight to install light bulbs in all the lights we bought on our own. I noticed all our bath fixtures laying around, uninstalled. I'm no plumber, but I think we have a problem here.
We finally have a light in our master closet. Here are some not-so-grainy pics.

Back from vacation.... many updates
First of all, Happy Fathers Day to the best dad in the world. Love ya pop. We had a great vacation with the family at the beach last week. We stopped at the house on the way home. Lots of work was done while we were gone.

For some reason the girls always run up to their new playroom as soon as we enter the house. They seem to not care much about their new bedrooms. This time there was lots of yelling and commotion when they reached the top of the stairs. Turns out they were very excited about the new ceiling fan up there. It's the simple things I guess.

More stucco and paint
No major updates today, but it seems the interior paint and stucco is finished. The next steps should be hardwood flooring and stone on the front exterior.
We'll have a stone water table along this side.
